KIDS KUNG FU AND GRAPPLING TIMETABLE

Kids Class Descriptions

Kids Kung Fu:

 

This class teaches the Wing Chun forms, standing energy meditations, combat techniques, partner work and conditional sparring.

Develop your child’s self defence skill, cultivate peace of mind, improve your posture, strengthen your discipline, confidence and have fun of course!

Kids Grappling:

 

Grappling also sometimes called submission wrestling.

The focus is close quarter combat similar to Wing Chun Kung fu but without striking and generally leading to fighting whilst on the ground, the aim is to control the opponent and the use of joint / limb controlling techniques and strangles.

Adults Class Descriptions

Wing Chun Kung Fu:

 

This class is open to all levels.

This class teaches the Wing Chun forms, standing energy meditations, combat techniques, partner work and conditional sparring.

These are the best classes to attend before doing the Form and Sticking hands specific classes.

Develop your self defence skill, cultivate peace of mind, improve your posture, strengthen your discipline, confidence and have fun of course!

 

Wing Chun Boxing:

 

This class is open to all levels.

Work on your fighting skills whilst improving your fitness.

These classes focus on getting you fit while you practicing the fighting techniques of Wing Chun.

You will get stronger, fitter, lose weight, learn self defence, release stress and get more powerful in these classes.

 

No Gi Grappling:

 

This class is open to all levels.

A Gi is the traditional uniform that you most likely have seen martial artists wear, generally a white uniform with a belt tied around the waist.

No Gi Grappling also sometimes called submission wrestling does not use a gi and is closer to how you might need to realistic fighting than using a gi.
